Ich hatte einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Rom. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer großartigen Lage direkt am Bahnhof, was es sehr bequem macht für meine Reisen in und um die Stadt. Die Metrostation ist auch in der Nähe, sodass ich problemlos die Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen konnte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, und das Frühstück war typisch italienisch und lecker.
Unglücklicherweise gab es ein kleines Problem mit dem Heizkörper in meinem Zimmer, aber das wurde schließlich behoben.

The staff was extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. We appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout and use the lounge and restroom until our flight. The breakfast was a nice touch.
Limited supply of toilet paper, shampoo, and towels. We were only supported for one night though we stayed for three and there was no heat or stand-alone heater, so we were fairly cold.

Great location, clean room and facilities, comfortable bed. The staff, particularly Alexandra, were really good in making our stay enjoyable. They arranged airport transportation and tours for us. Breakfast was a nice bonus.

The location was great & the facilities were clean, comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was nice, and one of the tour guides was friendly. We appreciated storing our luggage & being able to use the lounge until our flight.
We had a romantic escape, but this place was not that romantic. There were no heaters, so it was freezing at night making it difficult to talk and enjoy the experience.

The location was excellent and the facilities weresuper clean and cozy. I was impressed by the helpfulness of the staff, particularly Alexandra, were really good to assist us with everything from arranging airport taxis to organizing tours. The place was well-run and I have only positive things to say about our experience. I highly recommend this hotel.
